A new real estate office opened in Parkes this week at 296 Clarinda Street. With over 15 years of experience in rural real estate, Ian Simpson of LJ Hooker has offices in Forbes, Canowindra and Condobolin and opened Parkes as his fourth office in the Central West.
“We have been conducting business in Parkes for over 20 years and look forward to cementing our future in the town with a fully-fledged office,” Ian said.
Ian is a licensed stock and station agent, real estate agent, business agent and an accredited auctioneer. The office in Parkes will be looking to recruit new staff.
