Two Parkes High School tennis teams were crowned Western champions last Thursday.
The open boys and open girls teams played the semi-finals and finals of the Stan Jones and Floris Conway Cups in Parkes.
The girls team of Hannah Potts, Maddy McCormick, Holly McColl and Phoebe Potts defeated both Dubbo Senior College and Blayney High in 8 set wins.
The boys team, consisting of Gabe Goodrick, Joseph Tanswell, Jake Magill, Lachlan Tassell and Ben Evans won against Dubbo 7-1 and beat Bathurst High in a super entertaining final 5 sets to 3.
The two teams now progress to the state finals of the Floris Conway Cup in August.
