Do you like to keep fit or play sport and why?
Deidre Bennett, OPSM says; “I do as I believe it is very important for mental health, as well as the social side of it. It gives you a sense of community by helping or contributing. Organised sport also bring lots of business to town.”
Ethan Dunn, Batt’s Music Centre says; “Yes I do, although I don’t play sport, I like to keep fit by running. I believe it will keep me healthy and help me live longer!”
Sina Karimi, Volunteer says; “Yes of course. Doing sport connects me to my inner spirit because when we exercise we become happier, and that reaches every atom in our body to enrich it. When I play basketball it gives me a great feeling of happiness.”
